To confirm your tour booking with Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd, an advance payment of INR 60,000 is required at the time of booking. This amount is used to block seats and initiate all travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and sightseeing services.

The remaining balance payment must be completed at least 45 working days prior to departure. Failure to make full payment within the stipulated time may lead to cancellation of booking as per company policy.

Customers can make payments through multiple secure options for convenience. Accepted payment methods include online payment links, NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, cheque or demand draft in favour of “Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd”, credit card payments (with 2.5% additional charges), and cash payments as per company rules.

All payments should clearly mention booking details to ensure proper allocation.

All tour payments must be transferred only to the official company account of Benchmark Incentive & Leisure Travels Pvt Ltd.

The company maintains its account with ICICI Bank, Indiranagar Branch, Bangalore. Customers should use the provided account number and IFSC code for NEFT or RTGS transfers. Any payment made to unauthorized accounts will not be considered valid.

All travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, and transport are pre-booked well in advance. Therefore, cancellation charges apply depending on the time of cancellation before departure.

If cancellation is made more than 60 days before departure, 10% of the total tour cost will be charged. Between 60 to 46 days before departure, 50% cancellation charges apply. Cancellations made within 45 days of departure will incur 100% cancellation charges on the total tour price (excluding discounts).

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the company for processing.

Eligible refunds, if applicable as per cancellation terms, will be processed within 20 working days from the date of receiving a valid written cancellation request.

Refunds will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges. No refunds will be provided for partially utilized services such as meals, sightseeing, or transfers.

All tours operate on fixed group departures with a predefined itinerary. Coach services are provided strictly as per schedule and are not available on a private or disposal basis.

The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to operational reasons, weather conditions, airline delays, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

Hotel check-in time is generally between 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and check-out time is between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.

Meals provided during the tour are pre-set group menus and cannot be customized. Any unused meals or services are non-refundable.

The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, loss of baggage, or any disruption caused due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or government restrictions. Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance for protection.

Overseas travel insurance is included in the tour package as per company policy. However, passengers above 59 years of age may need to pay additional insurance charges depending on premium differences.

Travel insurance helps cover medical emergencies, travel delays, and other unforeseen situations during the journey.

The company reserves full rights to modify, amend, or withdraw any part of the itinerary, departure schedule, or sightseeing arrangements if required.

Any damage caused to hotel property or coach during the tour will be the responsibility of the concerned passenger. No refunds will be provided for unused services during the tour.

All disputes are subject to company terms and conditions as mentioned at the time of booking.

The tour package includes return airfare (Ex-Bangalore), hotel accommodation in 3-star or similar category hotels, daily breakfast, all meals as per itinerary, sightseeing tours, entry tickets to major attractions, visa assistance, overseas travel insurance, and services of a professional tour manager throughout the trip.

The package does not include personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, porterage, and beverages not mentioned in the itinerary. Any increase in airfare, fuel charges, or government taxes after booking will also be charged additionally. Optional tours and services not specified in the itinerary are excluded.
