Tour Itinerary
Arrive in Sydney and complete immigration and customs formalities before meeting your tour manager and transferring to the hotel for check-in. After your long international flight, the rest of the day is free for relaxation and acclimatisation. You may choose to explore Sydney at your own pace, visit Darling Harbour, enjoy shopping at nearby malls, or simply relax and recover from jet lag. In the evening, enjoy a delicious Indian dinner. Accommodation is provided in carefully selected standard 4 star hotels across all destinations including Sydney, Cairns, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Auckland, Queenstown, Franz Josef, Christchurch, and Rotorua. Rooms are offered on a twin-sharing basis unless otherwise specified. Early check-in and late check-out are strictly subject to hotel availability and international standard timings.
Standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 10:00–11:00 hrs depending on the hotel. Guests arriving early may need to wait until rooms are ready, as early check-in is not guaranteed. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
The package includes daily breakfast and select Indian/Local meals as per itinerary. All meals are provided on a pre-set menu basis, and menu customization or special food requests may not be possible. No refund will be provided for missed meals due to early departure or itinerary changes.
Rooms are generally provided on a twin-sharing basis. Triple sharing (if applicable) will include an extra mattress or rollaway bed, subject to hotel policy. Single occupancy supplements may apply for solo travelers.
