Arrive in Barcelona by flight and complete the immigration and baggage formalities at the airport. Meet your transfer and proceed to the hotel by private transfer for check-in. International flights and train tickets are not included unless specifically mentioned in the package. Any changes, cancellations, route deviations, or validity extensions requested by the traveller will be subject to the applicable airline or railway terms and additional charges.
Travellers are responsible for obtaining the required visa, passport and other travel documents before departure. Visa approval is subject to the respective embassy or immigration authorities, and visa fees are non-refundable wherever applicable.
Cancellation and amendment charges will apply according to the applicable airline, hotel, transport and service-provider policies. Any refund, where applicable, will be processed after deducting the relevant cancellation charges and non-refundable components.
